Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped safely across Brazil directly from our distribution centers. After payment confirmation, orders go through processing, packaging, and dispatch within 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the customer’s location, typically ranging from 7 to 25 business days. Delays may occur due to high demand, seasonal periods, logistics issues, strikes, or weather conditions.
All orders include a tracking code, which will be sent automatically once the product is shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. In case of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs may apply.
