Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be requested within 7 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed.
